Since graduating at the top of her class from Rafael Urdaneta University, she’s been on a noteworthy journey on two continents. Her career began working with Odebrecht to design their headquarters, then successfully managing one of the most extensive shopping mall renovations in Venezuela, and co-founding Wyss Vargas Associates, specializing in high-end residential design in the Lake Maracaibo region.
In 2002, she relocated to Northern Virginia to lead the interior design team at the esteemed Koubek Architects. Her focus then shifted towards commercial base building projects, further enhancing her diverse portfolio of work. Today, as the founder and CEO of 2-POV, Yubiry's profound expertise shines through in every project. Her meticulous attention to detail results in construction documents that consistently impress clients and contractors for their clarity, accuracy, and comprehensive understanding of the project. Recognizing the significance of her role as a woman in firm leadership, Yubiry strives to redefine "studio culture" as one that promotes a fair and balanced environment, sustaining 2-POV’s exceptional service.
